Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Security Mirror report ("Report") offered by IntuitionAI Inc., a New York S-Corporation ("IntuitionAI," "we," "us," or "our"). By submitting an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Security Mirror is an outside-in security and technology assessment. We assess a company's publicly reachable internet footprint, its external security posture, infrastructure, engineering signals, and exposure, using a combination of open-source intelligence and active scanning of publicly accessible systems, such as port scanning, probing of public web and API endpoints, and public cloud-storage checks.

The assessment does not require, and does not use, access to your internal networks, credentials, or systems. The Report is a one-time digital deliverable.

2. What you receive

Upon successful order and verification, you will receive:

  • A scored, sourced, human-reviewed outside-in assessment of your specified domain
  • Findings categorized by severity (Critical, Attention, Healthy)
  • A phased remediation roadmap (0–30, 30–90, and 90–180 day actions)
  • Delivery to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours of verification

3. Refund policy

If our assessment of your domain returns insufficient publicly observable data to produce a meaningful report, we will notify you proactively and issue a full refund automatically. No request is required.

Because the Report is a custom digital deliverable produced specifically for your domain, we do not offer refunds once the Report has been delivered, except where required by applicable law.

4. Scope and limitations

The Report reflects information observable from, or reachable at, your organization's public internet footprint at the time of assessment. It is not a complete audit, penetration test, or guarantee of the absence of vulnerabilities, and is inherently limited to what is externally visible or reachable.

The Report is provided for informational and risk-awareness purposes. It does not constitute legal, compliance, or security advice. You are responsible for evaluating and acting on the findings.

5. Data and confidentiality

We assess only the domain(s) you specify and their publicly reachable internet footprint. We do not access, collect, or retain any of your internal data or proprietary information.

Your Report is confidential and prepared solely for your use. We do not share, publish, or disclose your Report or its contents to any third party without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Authorization and acceptable use

You represent and warrant that, for each domain you submit, you are the domain owner or an authorized representative of the organization that owns it, and that you have full authority to permit an active outside-in security assessment of that domain and its associated publicly reachable systems. You acknowledge that the assessment includes active scanning techniques, including port scanning, probing of publicly accessible web and API endpoints, and cloud-storage checks, directed solely at the domain you submit.

You agree not to submit any domain you do not own or are not authorized to have assessed. You are solely responsible for any order placed in breach of this section, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless IntuitionAI from any claim, loss, or liability arising from an assessment request you were not authorized to make.

You agree not to use the Report to harm, defame, or take adverse action against any organization or third party. You may not resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute the Report without our written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IntuitionAI's total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Report shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Report ($495). In no event shall IntuitionAI be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

IntuitionAI makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Report.

8. Intellectual property

The Report and its methodology are proprietary to IntuitionAI. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Report for your internal business purposes. All other rights are reserved.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your order. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
